Simple Chutney, very easy to make, I made this chutney for Adai.
- Mint Leaves - Handful
- Coriander leaves-Handful
- Green Chilly-3-4(adjust as per your spice level)
- Onion-1(medium size)
- Fresh grated Coconut- Half cup
- Ginger-1 inch
- Tamarind- Marble size
- Salt- as per taste
- Grind all the above ingredients adding little water and serve it.
- This is more like a Thovaiyal-(chutney with less water), you can add more water if you want.
- Tempering is optional.
