Mint Chutney

Simple Chutney, very easy to make, I made this chutney for Adai.

  • Mint Leaves - Handful
  • Coriander leaves-Handful
  • Green Chilly-3-4(adjust as per your spice level)
  • Onion-1(medium size)
  • Fresh grated Coconut- Half cup
  • Ginger-1 inch
  • Tamarind- Marble size
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Grind all the above ingredients adding little water and serve it.
  • This is more like a Thovaiyal-(chutney with less water), you can add more water if you want.
  • Tempering is optional.
